How it works

• Paying $21 keeps the queue honest while mitigating spam and abuse. It is what stops us being buried in ideas nobody intends to do anything with.
• Tell us the idea. In your own words. We will ask a few questions to fill the gaps.
• Get your plan. A written document you can download and keep. It is yours. Take it to any developer.

What the $21 gets you

• A detailed written plan for developers or AI.
• A plain description of what the thing does and who uses it.
• The screens or steps it needs.
• What it connects to, if anything.
• A rough idea of the effort involved.
• What we would consider "finished".
• A downloadable file you own outright.

What the $21 does not get you

• It is not a build. Nothing gets made at this stage.
• It is not a hosted, running service.
• It is not advice about money, law, tax, or anything regulated.

One idea, five minutes

$21 covers one idea that one person could describe in five minutes.

It is one product or prototype, doing one main job. A booking page or a stock tracker for one warehouse, or an internal tool that replaces one spreadsheet, any simple prototype.

It is too big for $21 if any of these are true:

• It is really three or more products wearing one name.
• It needs to connect to a system we cannot read about publicly, like your bank’s internal API, a private vendor system, a machine on your factory floor.
• It is regulated work, such as handling patient records, giving financial or legal advice, holding client money.
• It already exists and you want it rebuilt or migrated, that is an audit, not a plan.
• You cannot describe who uses it and what they do first, in one sentence.

If one of those is true, this probably is not the tool for you.
